An inventory is a comprehensive and accurate description of the interior of a property. It will include every item, with a description and comments on the condition along with embedded photographs.
The check in is carried out on the commencement day of the tenancy with the tenants, alongside confirming the inventory, keys and meter readings are taken.
The check out procedure should take place on the last day of the Tenancy. A comparative assessment of the property will be made using the Inventory and Check In.
